In Years Update
Despite monthly reminders, some schools still need to update their numbers on roll via SAM.
- ALL schools (maintained and academies) must provide their numbers on roll. You'll continue to receive monthly reminder emails. If your numbers are up-to-date, please reply to the email confirming this.
- State Maintained & Buy-Back Schools: When a student with an offer starts at your school, enter their start date in SAM. When a student leaves, complete the Mid-Term Starters and Leavers form before updating SAM.
- Own Admitting Authorities: Complete the Mid-Term Starters and Leavers form for all student arrivals and departures, and update your SAM numbers on roll.
- ALL Schools: If a leaver's destination school is unknown, complete the CME referral form.
