Secondary, Middle, and Upper Schools

• National Offer Day is March 3, 2025. You can view your allocated list via SAM on and after this date. The list will include finalised EHCPs naming your school within the PAN.
• We will communicate any additional EHCPs as they are received. Please note that these may result in exceeding PAN, however, the admissions team will make every effort to prevent this.
• Please refrain from sending welcome packs until after the second round on April 4.
• You may accept parent acceptances directly via SAM, but please do not accept any rejections of school offers. Direct parents to us to ensure children have a school place for September.
• Please do not advise parents of vacancies or waiting list positions. This information will not be made public until after the second round on April 4, 2025.

Primary and Junior Schools

• Own admitting authority schools should now be ranking/grading applications via the SAM portal. An email with detailed instructions was sent on February 24, 2025.
• Finalise rankings/gradings by March 17, 2025, to ensure all statutory deadlines are met for National Offer Day.
• Further instructions regarding National Offer Day will be communicated before 16 April via email.
