Action for all settings: Reminder to register on the new Teachers’ Pensions Employer Portal by 9 October

From 1 November, administration of the Teachers’ Pension Scheme will transfer from Capita to Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).

Primary contacts must register on the new TCS Employer Portal by 9 October. Failure to register may result in loss of access to Teachers’ Pensions services and affect your ability to support scheme members.

Primary contacts should:

• access the new employer portal using the link in the registration invitation you have received from info@teacherscorp.co.uk.
   
• register for the TCS Employer Portal (if you haven’t already) using a unique work email address. Shared mailboxes (e.g. schooloffice@school.gov.uk) can no longer be used.
   
• set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
   
• check your mandatory contacts so that they receive log in instructions.
