Information for schools: Initial teacher training general mentor funding claims close on 2 October

Schools have until 2 October 2026 to claim funding for the training time of mentors supporting trainees undertaking school placements as part of their Initial Teacher Training (ITT) during the 2025 to 2026 academic year. Submit your claims via our claim funding for mentor training service.
