Launch of My Health, My School Survey 2026-27
Launch of My Health, My School Survey 2026-27
Registration is now open for this year’s My Health, My School Health & Wellbeing survey.
The survey is free, easy to complete and available to all primary and secondary schools in the Royal Borough with year 6 and/or year 9 pupils. It is a unique opportunity to hear directly from children and young people about their health and wellbeing experiences. Responses are completely anonymised by class.
The survey is open from now until 25 March 2027 and can be completed at a time that works best for you.
Please only conduct the survey for year 6 and/or year 9 pupils.
The benefits of taking part
We encourage early registration to support planning. Each school only requires one account.
If you've registered before, you don't need to re-register and your login details remain unchanged.
Please find attached a Manager Guide containing detailed instructions for the whole survey process.

Your participation
Good uptake is key to ensuring this work makes a meaningful impact across our schools. I look forward to working with you and am very happy for you to email me with queries or to arrange an MS Team meeting or phone call.
Please share this email with your PHSE Lead if not already copied in and let me know their contact details.
If you are unable to participate I'd be grateful if you could provide some feedback so we can understand the reasons why and work towards removing any barriers if possible.
