SENCo Offer 25-26

The Area SENCo team is here to offer advice to staff in educational settings to support you to fulfil your responsibilities towards children and young people with SEND.

All RBWM schools are allocated a Deputy Area SENCo as their first point of contact.

This service includes the following:

• Individual SEND advice/support/guidance for all RBWM Headteachers and SENCos
• Conduct school visits (on request)
• Termly newsletter with updates, training and resources
• SEND leadership Forum Autumn and summer term
• Localised SEND clusters and drop in sessions
• SENCo induction for new to the role
• Experienced SENCo induction 
• SEND conference spring term (cost)
• Bespoke SEND review
• RBWM Leadership of Inclusion Quality Mark
