Hi, I’m Anthony Harding, Team GB Olympic diver and Paris 2024 Olympic bronze medallist in the 3m synchronised event.
I compete alongside Olympic champion Jack Laugher, and together we’ve built one of Britain’s most consistent podium partnerships in world diving.

A session that gives pupils a real look at elite sport, how performances are built, and what it takes to consistently compete at the highest level.
They’ll be active, involved, and see first-hand what goes into performing on the Olympic stage.
