Early Years Consultations and Surveys

Space requirements in early years childcare settings in England

The Department for Education is seeking views on potential options for amending the indoor space requirements in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) statutory frameworks.

 

The deadline for responses to the consultation is Friday 11 July 2025.
