RBWM Assistant/Deputy and Heads together
Objective
To provide the opportunity for Heads to meet each month to focus on a key aspect of school leadership and to encourage collaboration across schools for mutual support and collective improvement.
FORMAT
DATES AND TOPICS AS OUTLINED BELOW. Each session will run on a Wednesday afternoon from 1.00 – 3.00pm. For many of the sessions there will be a speaker for the first hour to support our thinking in a particular area and then time for discussion and questions afterwards.
