CHANGES TO PHASE TRANSFER
As the new phase transfers start this term for admissions into Secondary and Primary September 2026, we would like to make you aware of a change in the rounds. Previously there has been a first and second round and then applications are treated as late applications on an individual basis.
For September 2026 applications there will be three rounds. Please ensure you are familiar with the dates by checking the coordinated admissions arrangements available on our website here.
OAA schools will need to ensure they allow time to rank/grade their applications for each round before the deadline. Please see below:
For Secondary and Middle:
Round 1 - Lists will be provided on 11 December 2025. Deadline to return lists 9 January 2026
Round 2 - Lists will be provided on 20 March. Deadline to return lists is 26 March 2026
Round 3 - Lists will be provided on 20 April 2026. Deadline to return lists is 1 May 2026
For Primary and Junior:
Round 1 - Lists will be provided on 24 February 2026. Deadline to return lists is 17 March 2026
Round 2 - Lists will be provided on 8 May 2026. Deadline to return lists is 15 May 2026.
Round 3 - Lists will be provided on 1 June 2026. Deadline to return lists is 12 June 2026.
Admissions Team and primary responsibilities:
Jools Fletcher-Dyer - Team Leader - Strategic, responsible for Admissions Team and Legislative issues
Sharon Meyer - School Admissions Operations Supervisor - responsible for day to day running of admissions and Phase Transfer
Sophie Damirchi - Senior Appeals Coordinator - responsible for appeals
Ann Brown - Admissions Officer - responsible for In Years
We would also like to introduce a new member of staff to the team:
Asia Khan - Admissions Assistant - responsible for Phase and In Year admin
