Objective

To provide the opportunity for Heads to meet each month to focus on one key aspect of school leadership and to encourage collaboration across schools for mutual support and collective improvement.

FORMAT

Dates and topics as outlined below.

Each session will run on a Wednesday afternoon from 1.30 – 3pm. There will be some focus questions for discussion and then time for Heads to talk together and share ideas.

Some suggested pre-reading will be sent before the meeting along with documents that would be useful to bring on the day.
