The Process

Step 1 - Notify Helen Huntley or Kelly Nash or your interest and book your date.

Step 2 - Complete the Inclusion Audit tool and organise the timetable for the day. These need to be returned at least two weeks before the date.

* The timetable needs to include opportunities to gather views from: Headteacher, governor for SEN, Senior leaders, SENCo, parents, pupils and wider staff.

Step 3 - On the day there will be a visit from a small accreditation panel including a peer from within RBWM to complete the audit.

Step 4 - You will receive verbal feedback on the day, and this will include the decision of the Panel as to whether you have been successful in achieving the Inclusion Mark. Following this, and within the week, you will receive a detailed report which highlights:

·areas of effective inclusive practice

·areas that you may want to consider to further improve on you inclusive practice.
