Our training centre is conveniently located in Shinfield, Reading just off Junction 11 of the M4, with plenty of free onsite car parking.
For individual bookings we offer evening and weekend courses twice a month at our training centre, group bookings are also available and can be delivered at either our training centre or your venue.
Our course is very informal and relaxed and has been enjoyed by thousands of people over the years. Our tutors are all experienced and will impart hands on practical skills throughout your course. On successful completion a nationally recognised qualification valid for three years will be awarded (certificate holders may display our Paediatric First Aid logo on their website and business material)

Our Paediatric First Aid Courses can be delivered as a 12 hour 2 day classroom course. NEW Blended 12 Hour course achieving 12 hours through Online learning & 1 day Classroom both meeting criteria set by Ofsted, PACEY (previously NCMA) and Early Years Foundation Stage requirements.
1 Day 6 hour course for Nannies and Au Pairs offered meeting the requirements of The Voluntary OFSTED register.
Candidates on accredited courses benefit from lots of free downloads and links. All accredited courses include a download login with free student manual, childcare accident book, child medications consent, personal medical information sheet, home emergency contact sheet and other downloads as well as free weekly video refresher emails and reminders.

Offers experienced Instructor/trainers with more than 10 years experience.
Courses are taught to industry standards (ratio of student to manikin 4:1, ratio of student to instructor 12:1) using latest training techniques to ensure candidates retain information and have the confidence to use their training in an emergency. The cost for a course is £80 per person, or £70 per person if organisations/individuals book four or more onto the same course.

Provide the two day (12 hours) paediatric first aid course for those working in the early years foundation stage and required to meet Ofsted standards. Successful delegates receive a paediatric first aid certificate for three years as well as a paediatric first aid book and CPR face shield.
Courses are taught by well qualified Registered Nurses and other Health Professionals who bring extensive, real life clinical, trauma, medical emergency and teaching experience.

12hr Paediatric First Aid Training Course: We provide this course as a traditional 2 day course and also as a blended course comprising 6hrs of intensive practical training in the classroom, followed by 6hrs of e-learning. This course is suitable for all childminders and nursery staff and meets OFSTED requirements.
6hr Paediatric First Aid Training Course: This course is presented in one day (6hrs) and is most suitable for nannies, au pairs, parents and school staff caring for children over 5 years.
