Pupil Premium Allocations for 2023 - 24:

March 2024: The Department for Eduction has now published the final PP grant allocations for the 2023 to 2024 financial year:

As usual, the school level pupil premium allocations published on GOV.UK are only the deprivation FSM6 element of the allocations. Schools can confirm all the pupils included in the ESFA allocation and which element of funding they attract via the Get Information About Pupils (GIAP) site. GIAP can be accessed via DfE sign in.

Pupil Premium Allocations for 2024 - 25:

The Department for Education has now published the pupil premium conditions of grant for the 2024 to 2025 financial year.

Delay in publishing the initial pupil premium allocations for 2024 to 2025 financial year.

The department has been made aware of a problem with its identification of reception aged pupils who qualify for pupil premium. This means it needs more time to ensure that the 2024 to 2025 pupil premium allocations are accurate and the department will now publish the initial allocations week commencing 6 May 2024.

This will not impact the timeline for payments in June (for local authorities) and in July (for academies).
