New Achieving for Children Apprenticeships

As part of Achieving for Children, Way2Work is perfectly-placed to keep up-to-date with our partners’ needs and new training opportunities. As a result, we are now able to offer four brand-new apprenticeship standards, outlined below.

• Playworker Level 2 (May 2025) - staff providing wrap around care including playground assistants and inclusion support workers

• Safeguarding Support Officer Level 3 (September 2025) - safeguarding assistants and coordinators

• Early Years Lead Practitioner Level 5 (September 2025) - room leaders, deputy managers and senior key workers

• Specialist Teaching Assistant Level 5 (September 2025) - higher level TA’s, SEND TA’s and learning mentors
