If you would like further support and advice regarding any ERSA related concerns then please email this address (ersa@achievingforchilren.org.uk) and someone from the Educational Psychology team will respond as soon as possible. If we are experiencing a large number of requests then there may be a small delay in response. This email will be able to help you gain greater clarity and understanding around an issue related to the ERSA toolkit and pathway, signposting to other services and a chance to request school staff training if you are interested.
