We have launched our new online service ‘Building Connections’, that empowers young people to tackle loneliness. We are now accepting referrals for young people up to the age of 19, to work with a trained Building Connections befriender, who will support them to find their way through loneliness. Across 11 sessions, young people participate in a seven-step programme designed to support them to identify coping methods and build resilience.
